列の幅を定義する@multitable(前のセクション参照)の後で，
@itemで複数列の表の本体にそれぞれの行を開始し，列項目を
@tabで分けます．改行は表の本体で特別扱いされず，必要な場所でソー
スファイルの入力行を改行してもかまいません．
